說明：
一、配合「各機關加班費支給要點」於 107 年 5 月 1 日修正施行，職員與約聘僱人員的各項補休期限，統一規定於 1 年內補休完畢，並以時為計算單位；惟適用勞基法人員則依勞基法相關規定。
二、加班事實或其他項補休之要件事實如發生於 107 年 5 月 1 日前，仍依原相關規定期限補休。
